Your order will be waiting for you at Erarta Museum’s reception counter 1, at the following address: 2, 29th line of Vasilievsky Ostrov, St. Petersburg. You can collect your order any day from 10:00 to 20:30.
- Courier delivery (St. Petersburg)
Orders are usually delivered to customers within the St. Petersburg ring road on the next business day after the courier receives the order. The shipping cost will be displayed once the order is placed. You can pay for the delivery together with your order.
If your order contains an original artwork, a sculpture or an interior décor item, you can only choose Premium delivery which includes insurance of the delivered item.
- Delivery by courier service (to Moscow, across Russia, worldwide)
The service is provided by EMS, DPD, Pony Express, and BXB. Delivery is made to the door. You will be contacted in advance to discuss convenient time of delivery.

You can add a “gift-wrap” option to the cart. The option becomes available when you order either a painting on stretcher or a framed artwork and costs 500 rubles. In this case, the work is wrapped with stylish Kraft paper and tied up with Erarta branded ribbon. The artwork is accompanied by the original card. In the comments about your order, you can write a message, which we will accurately reproduce on the card.
This option is available for the artworks on stretcher or with a frame.
