When you order from Erarta online shop, you can be sure that:
- You purchase art reproductions of the highest quality
- All the images are of value. The works from our collection were carefully selected by the qualified specialists of contemporary art
- You do not violate copyright. We have copyrights for all the images.
- You support Russian contemporary art, since all the revenues are invested back in the development of Erarta project
Since all our products are tailored for the Client according to the chosen parameters, there are certain limitations for return cases.
Please read them carefully!
We guarantee refund for a produced product, in case it fails to meet the given requirements. The Client has the right to return such product and receive money back or replace it with the item of proper quality, corresponding to the parameters of the previously issued order.
We do not guarantee refund (but we always try to do our best) for a manufactured product, if the colour gradation of the image, its elements or frame didn’t match the expected or if the Client didn’t like it or it didn’t suit the interior.
The right to return or to replace the goods does not apply to the goods of adequate quality. Moreover, the Client cannot refuse the product before it is received, and after receiving — only in the cases indicated above. We hope for your understanding.
The procedure of returning
The procedure of returning items purchased on shop.erarta.com is governed by existing regulations of the Russian Federation and the following rules:
Because goods sold by the internet store shop.erarta.com with a few exceptions of souvenirs and other merchandise are part of the “list of non-food products of a certain status, which aren’t eligible for return or exchange for similar goods of other sizes, form, colour or complexion” which was ratified by the Government of the Russian Federation on 19th of January 1998 (No 55) and further amended on 20th October 1998 (No 1222) and 6th of February 2002 (No81), and also in cases where the items are made to individual order, they are no eligible for exchange or refund, except for in cases where there are defects in the items.
Please note that the delivered reproduction may not exactly match the colours represented on your screen — this is not considered a defect, rather, it is to do with the colour settings of your monitor and its technical parameters.
If the items have a defect in them, there are eligible to be returned in cases that are stipulated by the law of the Russian Federation.
When paying by card, the funds will be returned by the seller to the same card that was charged for the payment in the first place.

Requests for refunds of money paid for the goods and their delivery to the buyer are only considered under the condition of the return of the goods to the seller to the aforementioned address either in person or via delivery or courier. The refund procedure may be greatly simplified if you send photos of the damaged or defective goods to firstname.lastname@example.org. In accordance with applicable legislation of the Russian Federation, the seller cannot refund the costs of courier, postal services, shipping or any such other delivery costs that may be applicable to the process of returning the goods. All requests for refunds are treated in accordance with the existing laws and regulations of the Russian Federation.
