If you are planning to buy gifts for yourself, your teammates or your loved ones at shop.erarta.com, please note the special operating hours of our online store before and during the winter public holidays. 

Any orders placed by 24 December can be picked up through 30 December or starting from 3 January (according to order completion times indicated at the point of purchase) from 11:00 to 21:30 every day. 

No orders will be dispatched from 31 December to 2 January; our customer service help desk will also be temporarily unavailable. 

We will start dispatching prints (including giclée and premium giclée prints) ordered between 25 December and 12 January on 15 January. 

From 25 December through 12 January, the rush order option will not be available, but we will resume processing rush orders right after the holidays.
