Grishin Pavel

Pavel Grishin is member of the new wave of emerging contemporary artist from Russia, who is simultaneously acquainted of the classical training, which is supported throughout the fine art institutions throughout the country, whilst also striving to express his artistic talent in a challenging, progressive way.

 

His artistic background reflects this perfectly, as Grishin studied painting extensively from childhood at the N1122 school in Moscow, under the supervision of Leonid Krinitsin. Consequently, Grishin went on to be accepted into the prestigious, Moscow State Pedagogical University, within the Fine and Graphic Arts Department, from which he successfully graduated in 2005.

 

Throughout his studies, as well as upon graduation, Grishin continues to initiate and conduct group and solo exhibition of his works. Currently, Grishin is a member of the association of illustrators called Tzeh, which he joined in 2006. Not only has Grishin managed to earnestly participate in the group, but has also influenced numerous projects also., as witnessed by his partaking in the Moscow Biennale.

Education

  • Elementary art education in high school art class № 1122 under the guidance of artist Krinitsin Leonid Fedorovich;
  • 1995 – entered the graphic arts department at Moscow State Pedagogical University named. Lenin;
  • 1999 – not graduating, he entered the MGHPU them. Count Stroganoff to separate monumental decorative painting in the studio of Ilya Matveyevich Broido. He graduated in 2005.
